14-Day Refund Policy for Cybersecurity Services

- Eligibility for Refund
Our 14-day refund policy applies to new customers who have purchased our cybersecurity services directly from us or through our authorized resellers.
- Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, you must follow these steps:

- Provide your order details, including the purchase date and any relevant information about the service you are seeking a refund for.
2.2. Explain Reason for Refund:
- Please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request. While you are not obligated to provide a reason, your feedback is valuable to help us improve our services.
- Refund Conditions
Our refund policy is subject to the following conditions:
3.1. Valid Refund Requests:
- Refund requests will only be considered for the initial purchase of our cybersecurity services within the first 14 days of purchase.
- After the 14-day period, refund requests will not be eligible for consideration.
3.2. Unused Services:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used or consumed the cybersecurity services for which you are seeking a refund.
- Any service usage beyond the 14-day period will be deemed as acceptance of the services and will not qualify for a refund.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refund Processing
Upon approval of your refund request and meeting the refund conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Exclusions
The following circumstances are excluded from our 14-day refund policy:
